General Surgery

I'm mother of 4 months old. I have been taking cremaffin 2.5ml daily for a year. I do sitz bath everyday. Do these affect my intestines?? If I stop taking cremaffin I feel constipated. Can I switch to Isapgol everyday instead?

I had done my p.sinus surgery 1 year ago..it was a limberg flap process with excersion..i want to know is there any recurrence chance after flap surgery for pilonidal sinus..because i want to attend railway medical..please reply surgeons regarding reoccurring chances of p.sinus after limberg flap.process

In august 15 my belley is started to ache a lot  after a few days pus coming out of my belley and I suffer from a huge pain. I have an Omphaleties surgery on 4th Sept,21. 10 days after the surgery blood is coming out of my stiches. My hemoglobin count drop from 17.6-11.5 but the surgeon can't find any dispute. In November it started pain again and pus is coming out of my umbilicus. Then the usg report says there is an infection about 10mm. The surgeon give some medicine and then it stopped. But now it started again. There is not a lot of pain but pus is coming at a low amount. And sometime there is pain in the belly.

My husband got a small pea sized hard lump on back , should I be worried about it, no pain , it's small pea sized and hard, kindly suggest.

Hello sir/ ma'am, Its been 1 month passed to my fissure surgery and perianal abcess surgery. I am feeling many times a day stool/fecal matter leaking from my anus. I had to use tissue paper to clean it 3-4 times a day. Is this normal ? Is this fecal matter or pus discharge. (I am not feeling any Pain) Kindly advice.

I am 35/F I have developed swelling and pain/tenderness only in the left armpit last night , No fever or redness or any other symptoms. What could be the reason.

Hi Doctor, Since last night I'm having a dull pain in my right side of the lower abdomen along with the right side of my back. I had Meftal Spas last night, it Stopped for the night and now today morning again it started paining. I had sandwich last night. Please suggest

I am thalassemia major patient required frequently require fortnight blood transfusion.but i have an leg ulcer (wound)not healing what should i do ? I am doing using jelonet dressing in ulcer any other consultation pleass refer ?
