Is elective laparoscopic gall bladder removal a good idea for asymptomatic gallstones (5 stones around 3-5mm)?

I had my Hernia Surgery 9 months ago. Physically I feel normal now. So can I start with push ups exercise now?

Hi Doctors, I have two lymphnodes under the jaw from last 5 years( did not change in size) but from last month there are couple of lymphnodes which came under my axilla so I did sonography, US guided FNAC but did not get the conclusion. Please check the attached reports and let me know if it's advisable to do a excision biopsy? How much it usually costs?

He is having headache and vomit after 1.5 days of surgery. He was also given a spine injection during the surgery.
