I am suffering from internal hammaeroids and recently i have seen a developing of external one .can any of the one tell wether it is a external pile.

I am facing some pain in lower left side of abdomen I had laparoscopy appendicitis operation done on 10 jan shall I go for Ultrasound scanning please suggest

Doctor I have  small hemorrhoids . my sphincter became tight .I went to a surgeon and he dignosed me small hemorrhoids  with colonoscopy  and gave me ointments and laxative .but my sphincter is still tight I face difficulty during evacuation I can't clean my anus due to tight sphincter Do small externel hemorrhoids cause tight anus ?

Hi, Recently went through these tests as I was feeling pain during stool. I went through surgeon who suggested me MRI fistulogram as der is one or Two swollen nurve or lymph outside my rectum hole which sometimes create pain and also der is some discharge happening most of the time from or outside the rectum. My surgeon told me dat I don't need operation and will heal with medicine. I need some other opinion to confirm whether I will heal with medicine or need surgery ? My blood IGe is 837. I am vegetarian, stopped smoking and drinking totally. No other medical condition and daily walk 8-10 km.

On 4th Jan, my father had inguinal Harnia surgery. He is having issues in the surgical cuts. Post stitches opening, his stiched areas started having redness, swelling and bleeding. He is already applying Betadine, but it's not working. Surgery done on 4th , stiches opened 10th Jan, bleeding started from 12th.

It has been 11 days since I got my surgery done. But I am getting hard stools, I take all precautions eating plenty of fruits, water and soft diet. Still have to apply so much pressure while passing stool. Can these hard stool make my wound more complicated ?
