I had constipation like hard stool i am taking laxative and it use to burn little bit while stool but now after a week i saw a lump coming out in anus so what should i do give me suggestions i am scared of surgery don't want to have surgery i am doing sitz bath aswell uploading the pictures on it please watch it

Sir my age is 18 years from last 1 year approx 2-3 times I have blood on stool drop wise 5-6 drops and stopped by the next day mostly I have meet a doctor and he said that I have fissure but sir  I had read  on net I saw that there can be cancer also sir please tell is this type of bleeding takes place in cancer I am not able to concentrate on my boards
