General Surgery

Hi i found a small pimple sort of thing inside the Anus near opening area... I don't have any blood stool as well.. It's been two days now and it's paining from yesterday ... Pls suggest any medication if any.. I always have proper stools and there is no constipation problem also to me...

I have been facing constipation since 3 days. Though i used to hve constipation before too due to antrals in stomach but pruvict 2 which is laxative used to work me. Now pruvict 2 isn't also showing any effect. Please help. And i have a colonoscopy in 4 days .

Hello I am suffering from piles since 2011 recently i visited a general surgeon he told me I am suffering from piles and fissure as well. Symptoms i m facing Itching in my rectum area Burning sanitation after stool pass Pls suggest shall I go for surgery.

As mentioned i have Marbal sixed lumps under my arms for >3 yrs i had taken meds and it's not healing i am worried an terrified because of it no changes in the size but doctor made incision long back around 1 yr  and puss is coming. Hello doctor, I had fistula surgery last year april month. Now, I am doing fine. I have regular bowel movement and no hard stools. But, most times, i experience itching in my anus. I have been noticing a small ulcer looking alike in my anus since more than a year. I am not sure whether my surgeon saw that last year during surgery or not. Today, I just checked it once again. It is still present. Can you look through the pictures that i have attached whether it's normal i.e. inside region of anus or something else. I just experience itching and nothing else.
