My mother is taking medicine these medicine from last two months for this disease appear in biopsy I'm looking for some alternative of these medicine which are budget friendly as doc said treatment will take time and will repeat I want to know how long the treatment will go and when can we stop as when we stop medicine swelling in lower lip again appears Mother TB report is negative.

I had my fistula in ano surgery 120 days ago. Post operative wound not healing yet. Pus and blood still discharging from the wound. I think there is persistence. I want to know if it is urgent to do surgery again or if done after sometime would cause risk ?
