Is this LIS surgery unilateral or bilateral as attached in the picture by me ??? Please tell which one is better than to prevent recurrence ???

My father is in bed from past 1 year due to leg swelling he couldn't walk.. due to this bed sores has started in sitting area. kindly let me know treatment for bed sores.. Right now am applying Povidone iodine solution & powder but not getting cured but he has more pain. Pls help me I couldn't take him to hospital for other issues.

I am dressing the open wound as instructed. First soak in a sitz bath for 5 minutes, then let it dry, then put gauce over the wound and tape. Am I doing it right? How do I ensure wound is dry before putting gauge? What can I do wrong that I need to be careful of?

I have a pain in my left inner thigh. It does not feel muscular and the pain feels just beneath the skin. There is no rash, swelling or anything. it only hurts to touch or stretch ( when the skin is taught). I have no history of strain or pull. I self got d dimer test which is 0.18. does it look like vascular pain?

I am suffering from constipation since 2 month. Im having pain little inside anus and between anus and scrotum. Pain is majorly during resting and after passing stool. I visited urologist 3 days back he prescribed monocef 200 but there is no relief. I took urine c/s, urine r/m, glucose random and creatinine test. PFA. Is it something serious? Can you please tell specialist for this problem?
