My laproscopic cholecystectomy operation is done on last 10 days . On 10th day of operation I have masterbate slowly . Is this can produce any bad effect on operation/ inner stitches? Tell me in detail

In the past 24hrs i have had 3 glasses or Red Wine and 3 Pinta beer. I was having bad headache and felt a bit fevers, so I took Dolo 650 - one tablet. Last beer was around 6hours ago and wine before 4hrs. How will the combination of Dolo and Wine+Beer affect me. To add i am out on Vacation in Goa so been drinking atleast 3 beer pints dailya along with non veg food. What should I do? Drink water???

I was sick and was administered medicine through vigo. After removal of vigo, my hand started paining for some days and now almost after a month, theres two hard bead like swelling on the wrist which i can touch and feel! It pains on pressing and the pain transmits to whole hand.

Please see the pic I had LIS surgery for fissure 6 month back and since then no issue was there but i am having huge gases issue and ran the bike for longer time yesterday.so in the night i felt some swelling and very very minor itching on anus.. rest no itching, no bleeding , no pain, no pain during evacuation or no hard stool .just rashes on anus. I am applying creamagel-h cream now and taking ayurvedic medicine tablet as laxative..please tell me its just rash or fissure reoccurred after surgery in 6 months ?

Doctor I feel cramp in right upper side of chest sometime(Once in a month).I am 20 years boy.Is it normal or not.The cramp is only last for a second.Please tell me the possible reason behind this.

Hello doctor I'm getting constant pain in left side of chest exactly on 4th 5th and 6th rib , i have evaluated with ECG , echo and TMT but all are negative the pain is on and off and pain aggravates if i take a deep breath I'm having this issue for the past 2 years on and off please help ! .
