General Surgery

My laproscopic cholecystectomy operation is done on last seven days. Now tell me about the food which I have to take and also about the food which I have to avoid.

Lymphocytes 43.8, limit 20-40 ESR 24, limit 0-15, History of Allergic rhinitis and 1st grade hemorrhoids ( increasedin tender pain frequency ) Currently on medication daflon 500 and chymoral forte.

Recently I had laser surgery for grade third piles but I still feel a lump on the right side of anus. Why is it so? And how long will it take to heal? It hurts while defecating.

Sir I have no other problem I just noticed some tag type in anus I previously had fissure which is healed completely now I am attaching pic please say it is something to worry

In the left leg it's present (Calf pain) , if she stand for a minute it pain so much and it is there by whole one year before .   So please tell me why is it there and pains so much and also suggest me the solution for it.

I am having persistent upper back pain due to neuraxial anesthesia during c-section particular on a needle site. It's been 5 months of c-section but the pain is unbearable and senstive to touch. I don't know what to do whom to consult regarding this problem.

My wife is having gb Stone around 12mm in her gb recently done her sonography, i know it's need laparoscopic surgery I want to know that what's her situation now is it serious. Can I do laparoscopic after one month, pls tell me what medicine she can take atleast for pain she is feeling extreme weakness and burning in stomach.

Hello sir since 3 years I have swelling in my scrotum when I pressed the swelled area it is compressible I think it's hydrocele do I need check up please tell because in my relative and family  some people get hydrocele and they do not get operated for years since I have up and down for my business I don't want surjury as of now  please advise me next step I should take

After next day of operation I have severe pain in abdomen opposite to operative area , the pain next also radiate to left shoulder and then pain radiate to right shoulder. And then same location severe pain occur after two days Dr. advices for sonography and my sonography is normal. Please tell me what are the posible reason for pain .
