A small pricking pain on right side(below belly button) in the abdomen while only bending.Its been more than a year.Menstrual cycle is proper.Is it due to appendix?

Hello , I was detected with internal piles during colonscopy below are the reports .will those lumps goes away as i have took treatment on this like some creams(annovate and anobliss and sitz bath) . As i want to check up for this again . Earlier those piles was not detected during anoscopy it was found during colonscopy only should i go again for colonscopy . Very little discomfort i feel while passing stool like a pinching sensation .
