Dear sir / Madam I have been diagnosed with inguinal hernia impacting my left scortum (lump formation and dull pain) and only solution being suggested is to operate. There are two options being provided: 1 - normal open surgery 2 - laproscopic surgery Both would include mesh implantation. Need your advice of which one of the above is best, and that does mesh implantation have any complications at a later stage. Which type is mesh is best in this scenario, and the one which does not impact negatively in future. Will there be any change in my current normal life be required post surgery, and how complicated or normal is this surgery. Also, is this surgery required to be done immediately or i can wait before taking this call
