I have a lump on my breast since 3 years and it is very painful. I went for a ultrasound 2 years back and I found out it is fibroadenoma bi-raids-3. They suggest me to come back after 6 months for evaluation but I didn't get time. How serious it is? What does it mean bi-raids-3.

Hello sir,sir I am non smoker non tobacco etc I have develop red small patch type thing in both side of tounge means first I develop in left lateral side day before yesterday and then I am in anxiety and today I noticed on right lateral tounge the patch is small ulcer type I asked on doctor online because I have fear of cancer he told not to worry it is not cancer as cancer mostly develop in one side only if it is on two different sides and nearly Same time it is not cancer he told it will healed in upcoming days please give your view on this sir I will be very helpful The patch or red area is painless but not bleed

I notice some multiple very tiny, smaller than pea size lumps present in under the skin in under arm area. Also on Biceps Muscle. Its not visible in outside. Only palpable when press. It is present both side of under arm. Also attached Picture. What is it?
