Bleeding while passing stool.

Hi my name is shivani I'm 22 year old. My issue is bleeding while passing stool... its happening since 1month" something it's stop than suddenly started. I hv been using coconut oil over there, but no use I think there a small crack. But now new things started after doing pooping it's hurt till half/hours. Plz let know any local cream or medicine
