Pain while passing stool but no bleeding

Asked for Male, 32 Years

For almost 2 weeks I have been suffering with anal pain while passing stool which sometimes is reducing immediately and sometimes remaining for 5 min ,anal itching is also there occasionally, but I have not noticed any bleeding, I'm using anovate cream
