Sitz bath- take a tub of warm water and sit in that allowing your anal region to be soaked inside. do this minimum two times daily
focus on diet- have high fibre diet and drink lots of fluids
Do not strain for removing stools

highly constipated patients can use Syrup Lactulose 15 ml at night before going to sleep daily till stools start becoming softer
