I have stopped stool softner and and on 4th day I had a difficulty passing stool. Stool was not hard. I drank hot water and tried after 2hrs again and then I had a motion. But first attempt irritated my anus. It is difficult to pass slight tight stool which I used to pass very easily earlier .if stool is puffy and mushy then only am able to pass easily. I am breastfeeding mother with lots of fiber in my diet and water intake around 5 to 6 ltr. please help why this is happening.
