Sir my question is, normally my bowel movement is ok but like after 18-20 days of normal bowel movement there is 1-2 days loose stool but settle on its own within that day or next day but after but there is loose stool water type one day or two day in every 20 days please tell why sir When loose motion for one day the consistency is loose but but going only 2 times on that day

Hi Dr.I have my laproscopic golbludder operation in the month of Nov.After that I have some infection on the surgery point.So have to go through dressing for 1 month.After that I have some stiffness over the belly button, when I take rest everything is normal,but when I stand I feel some stiffness over the belly button.My Dr(Mahesh Chickchinnapa, Aster CMI Banglore) told that it is a scar tissue.It had no pain. My concern is that can it goes to hernia or cancer?Iam very afraid of that.How that is cure? How I difference between scar tissue, hernia or cancer? Please help me.I am very much worried.

I am unmarried...my Anus perineal sphincter swelling from last 1month... several antibiotics have taken...myotop 450(prescribed by doctor) also taken...but don't cure...I am very confused about the reason...and which doctor can I consult gynecologist or general surgeon? Hi, this is regarding my father. He had a gall bladder stone surgery in the last week of February 2022. It was a process of removing the gall bladder along with the stone inside it which was about 6mm via the process of laproscopic surgery. His diet has decreased since then. He has lost quite some weight he was 65kgs and now he is 59kgs. He says he feels full all the time and if he tries to force eat he has vomiting tendencies. I wanted to consult on this see what do you suggest? His condition: 1) he has high blood pressure and takes regular medicine once a day of 40mg 2) he has cholesterol and takes one medicine per day that is of 40mg as well 3) his CT scan shows a small lipoma in the lower intestine.
