General Surgery

Can semi asthmatic people have hernia surgery as that would require the anaesthesia and does anaesthesia make it trouble for such people?

I had my open Gallbladder surgery on 14th January this year. I had stone also in my CBD, so doctor performed an ERCP and placed a stent before surgery. I was good after the main surgery (14.01.22). But then when I removed my stent on 27.02.22, after 2-3 days pain started like before. I admitted in hospital again and my both bilirubin level was above 4-5. Doctor said I have Jaundice, but after that in last 25-30 days I haven't feel any pain. Now my question is- 1) How i got Jaundice after 1 month of Open Cholecystectomy? That was obstructive jaundice. 2) I did MRCP and it showed mildly narrowed biliary ends, is that for stent removal? Or is it some serious biliary stricture? 3) Even after 3 month (almost) of my Cholecystectomy, still I haven't get my strength and energy back. Even I l'm at home 24x7. I feel very weak, weight isn't increasing. Feel low on energy and fatigue like. Is these normal?

My wife is ahead of 34 years and till last 2 months she was not getting periods and she started bleeding as well.I took her to the gynecologist.she gave her medicine to stop bleeding, when she took the medicine,the bleeding did not stop even after taking it And there was pain in the stomach and weakness in the body too.Right now the condition is that I went to many doctors from the hospital but the bleeding and stomach pain have not stopped yet.I go to the gynecologist she says give medicine stop the bleeding and go to the surgeon  for the stomach pain, I am worried, tell me what to do now???

I have been suffering from gynecomastia since past few years. Want to have a surgery for this. Please suggest

Sir i was diagnosed from right iguinal hernia of 1.5cm and undergone in tapp laproscopy surgery before 3 weeks... And from yesterday I am suffering from a cold... And I've sneezed a lot of times... Approx 7 times in a day... And also felt pressure on the area of mesh... So I want to know , is it ok? Or there is any problem...? Plzz guide... Should I need to worry or not?

4 days before when woke up I felt hard stool and require manual exertion and after fresh when I came in my room i saw rectum area had been damaged (chhil gaya tha) & feeling so irritated & discomfort.

Hello sir ,but sir because of that fissure I didn't have much issues only very negligible pain few times and very few times little bleeding otherwise it's fine in normal days please tell do I need surgery and sir what is the white part there

I have vericose veins problem . Doctor suggested compression stockings.which brand of compression stockings good?? Please suggest me
