Calcification in the liver
I took ultrasonography of whole abdomen . Segment IV shows a calcification focus (scar) . My question is that is calcification harmful. What are the treatment and prevention of calcification. Report also uploaded.

Calcification implies healed (injured or diseased) tissues .Not harmful.no treatment needed unless big enough causing symptoms depending on the location.
