Cyst on right side of face with pain from last 2 months doctor advised for cect report attached please review report and advise

What can I do to heal my wound faster, it's been 15 days and it hasn't healed much, what can I do to make this heal sooner

I have asked about it previously that 2 months ago I read that mucus in stool is not normal since then I noticed my stool usually contain little mucus I asked doctor told little mucus in stool is normal for confirming the amount today I noticed my stool carefully by taking in hand I just look all sides one side I found that little mucus is there I separate it from stool and click photo please tell is this quantity normal there are two photos for better understanding

Really sir I am very much upset from doctor pandian really very much I had asked same question with yellow mucus previously he told normal and today he is telling not normal doctor is a second name of god if you will create panic like this imagine how anxious people become I had asked same question 2 gastroenterology and one physician doctor Kishore told perfectly normal and Dr pandian is saying not normal even though previously he said that it is normal I am really very disappointed
