There is pus type on 10 to 12 year old keloid with swelling and itching. Can it be cancerous. If there are chances then what type of cancer it will cause and what are the symptoms

Sir i have lump it's may 1 to 1.5 inch... On left side of left thighs from last 5 years onwards...i consulted two times with general surgeon they told it's like a lypomas (fat tumor) and no need to worry like that sir...and it's no pain and movable and even I pressed also no pain...now scaring it's may cancer like that...and if I want consult a doctor means which doctor I have to consult I.e general surgeon or ...pls guide sir

I had and wound 4 months back when I went for my trip but I didnt Care about it much but when I notice it it had not healed so I used topical antibiotics neosprin still it didn't heal so I showed to surgeon in my college he said it's folliculitis so he prescribed doxycycline but now too the skin has not covered th wound and surrounding the wound there is inflammation (edema) If I press the wound I feel pricking sensation, I am a final year medical student..
