Lipoma under arms

Its been nearly 1 year that my mother has lipoma under arm. it slightly moved down. not paining.. is it necessary to remove it sooner or do it later. will it turn to cancerous one.. I am worried about it. will it be a big procedure.

lipoma is an innocent swelling.turning into a cancerous state is rare ,less than 95%.You watch for rapid increase in size in a span of short time,any pain,itching ,bleeding ,becoming hard which indicate turning into cancerous condition when removal is adviced. removal if small is done as an outpatient procedure under local anaesthesia if she tolerates.
