Regarding workout and sports

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I had my gallbladder Laproscopic surgery on 30th of march. I am doing fine. My doubt is can I go for playing cricket Or should I wait a bit more days. It is not full ground game like original one, it's box cricket( area restricted to 30-40 yard only)

Laparoscopic surgery will cause minimum amount of tissue damage and the healing following surgery is very fast. Light to moderate activity can be resumed at 2-4 weeks while heavy work should be started at 6-8 weeks. Since its box cricket, you can start as early as now. On a lighter note, take batting first😊
