Red spots at my anus
Hello please suggest me some cream or gel as i am suffering this problem from 5-6 months as i used to apply annovate cream for piles.
Now no issue with piles but the problem are those red spots sometimes they pinch sensation .
I used to apply aloe gel it was stopped but as i stopped it have been back.
Please suggest any medicine or something if its infection or chafting

This problem is due to the previous use of annovate only.
But you can apply some bland medications.
