Red dots on anus area
Ho doctor,
I had burning anus area while passing stool today when went 2nd time...
When i took picture of anus area and then i sae many red dots...
I am illness anxities paitent..
Really scared with these red dots..
Is something serious
I had drinks and spicy food last night
Please review attached pic and suggest

Based on the history and the look of the picture -
1. These are the multiple small ulcers of one day history
2. These could be because of
Scratching because of Spicy food
Passing of hard stools
Some illnesses
Next Steps
1. Allay anxiety
2. Avoid Alcohol
3. Avoid Spicy food
4. Wash with soap & water
5. Avoid constipation
6. Avoid Scratching
Consult surgeon when required

Cold Sietz bath
Oint. Xylocaine may be applied locally 2-3 times a day, before & after passing stools.
