Fissure in anus
Hello sir , sir I actually had little bleeding with stool before two years and from then 4-5 times till now when bleed it is like a tear sensation but little only not much pain yesterday I went to doctor just for check up he looked at my anus and tell you are having chronic fissure which may need surgery but if you are not having much discomfort we can avoid it now , sir for your reference I am attaching pic of my anal area please tell is it fissure and what is that white part
