Tight anus
Doctor I had chronic fissure with sentinal tag which has healed it is not causing me any pain itching or discomfort but my anus has become tight I am having problem during evacuation I can't evacuate properly. I went to surgeon and he told fissure is healed don't need surgery drink plenty of water. But I have problem during evacuation even when my stool is soft it don't come out properly. Is there any way to dilute it to normal size again without surgery.

Usually it does not become tight or smaller unless there is a scar or stricture in the anus. If u have difficulty during evacuation, it can be due to constipation, hard stool etc. You ll have to drink plenty of water and take green leafy vegetables daily and take high fiber diet. It may resolve in 3 weeks.
