Red dot on outer anus area

Hi doc, I am seeing recurring issue of red patch on anus area. It comes ,go and then come Sometimes, i feel itching after motion and sometime burning sensation in anua. There is no blood as such. Size of these patches are different everytime and different kocation. Atraching photo... What is this ? Please suggest
