Litle dot tissue paper
Hi doctor, I am seeing randomly red minutes dots on tissue paper whenever I wipe my area. I have habit of checking this anus with tissue paper multiple time even when I am not going for passing stool. I am attaching pictures for reference of dot. I never see blood while passing stool. Please check attached. I am paniced it this could be rectal or colon cancer.

A small abrasion could cause a drop of blood at the anal region. However, it is always better to get a surgeon to examine you to rule out the presence of a fissure or hemorrhoid (piles).
