What is the duration of ulcer and is this ulcer occurred after any trauma.
Is she taking medication for Diabetics.
Is there any dilated veins in that leg.
Any pus discharge from the ulcer.

If this ulcer is more then 3 months duration or she had dilated veins in that leg, then kindly get a colour Doppler of that leg only venous.
