Constipation
I am suffering from constipation since 2 month. My lifestyle was good, was drinking lots of water, going to gym, eating healthy fiber food and suddenly one day I became constipated. And from that it went on.Although i pass 1 motion daily but there are times when I want to pass but it doesn't come out even after applying pressure. What could be the reason?

The reason may be due to Anal fissure and Even thyroid problems Kindly do thyroid profile and check with a surgeon to rule out fissure

It is not mandatory that you need to pass stools everyday. It's not about wanting to pass. It's about when you feel that you need to pass it and cannot defer it anymore Don't apply pressure. You will automatically have the sensation when the rectal ampulla gets filled Applying pressure will lead you to diseases you didn't have in the first place... like hemorrhoids and fissure I hope this answers your doubts
