Ulcer in tounge
Ok sir , actually he is having history of tobacco chewing but the ulcer is from last 3 days and he is telling and the pain is reduced from the day one and he eat it's feel like it's improving

Then it might be just because of vitamin deficiency or trauma by teeth The fact that it is not as painful as on day one says that it's healing. Continue the medicines that I have told you Don't worry Consult a ENT surgeon if he has this complain repeatedly Hope this helps you out
