Pain in chest

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Hello doctor I am suffering from chest pain on and off for the past 2 years have done echo cardiogram ECG and TMT done everything is negative to be exact the pain is under my 5th and 6th rib which is sharp and stabbing really waiting for a diagnosis and cure please help !

Is the pain on right side or left side of chest? Any breathing difficulty? When does the pain increase? Is it throughout the day or only during specific times? Causes of chest pain can be due to cardiac/lung/esophagus/muscle/rib/neural pathologies. Thorough examination by doctor is needed. Since the pain is long standing, get it evaluated properly
