Accessory muscle in chest
HRCT detected accessory muscle under right breast. I have severe pain for last couple of years so got some ultasounds done but all came clear and HRCT found accessory muscle likely to be sternalis. What does it mean ? Is this causing such a severe pain ?

Very unlikely for a superficial muscle like sternalis to cause severe pain.. jave u done basic blood tests.. are they normal?
