Welcome and Good Evening Your concern 1. Have two extra nipples/ accessory nipples     since birth 2. There is no itching, redness, or lump around      nipple 3. Feeling awkward as on Google search with     such accessory breast tissue the other     abnormal associations of kidney, testes,     penile and brain 4. I am worried about it.  My age is 22 years 5. There is no family history of cancers in my family 6. So I am worried about extra nipples Accessory breast tissue is found in 6% of total population The incidence of accessory best cancer is 0.3% to 0.6% In extra nipples or polytheliya  there is as such no breast tissue so the chances of Cancer is  very rare Regarding accessories breast tissue and coexistence of congenital and nephro-urinary anomalies the studies on record are controversial but some studies are indicative of such relationship There is no lump in and around the extra nipples and family history of carcinoma is also not there So you should not be worried
