Bloody or serous discharge from the nipple can, but not always be due to an underlying breast cancer.
Milky discharge could be physiological in case you are parous women or in late stages of pregnancy. If neither then kindly approach a surgeon near by to rule out other causes like hypothyroidism or pituitary tumor (which are very rare)

Hi. Welcome to practo pro. I read your query and i understand your concern. Is your milky nipple discharge on both or one side? Only blood stained or red color discharge is to be worried but your nipple discharge has to be evaluated using clinical consult and an ultrasound breast
Next Steps
Consult online with me and an ultrasound of breasts both sides
