Gynaecomastia and pain
Hi doctor When I was in teen age I used to have severe pain under my nipples and it was left untreated by parents as they were not aware. Then I developed gramdular ring like structure and pain was gone. This raised my chest and its look like a gynaecomastia. Now I have fat but very slight pain also. Reference pic attached Do I need to get it removed or medications are available?. Pls guide .

Hello there, This is a condition known as gynaecomastia. It seems to be in Grade II condition. You should definitely visit a surgeon and get operated to remove the tissue.
