Fistula enquiry
I had my fistula in ano surgery 120 days ago. Post operative wound not healing yet. Pus and blood still discharging from the wound. I think there is persistence. I want to know if it is urgent to do surgery again or if done after sometime would cause risk ?

I would suggest you to do MRI FISTULOGRAM to know whether any tract is left behind.
