I have shifted from chennai to my native place.in chennai I used pasteurised milk.here I am taking farm milk. But I don't know the cause.I am having semi solid stool like indigestion for past few months.as usually once in the morning.

I have been facing gas like stuck pain in the whole right quadrant while pressing in the area it feels like pin pain and its been for 4 months my poop comes with rough edges and easily dissolves in water i have swollen anus which itches as well. The pain is persistent it comes after every 3-4 days it feels like that the gas is getting only stuck in right side of lower abdomen. I got usg done twice but nothing came out. Please help me I'm really worried.

My question in general is that in early cirrhosis can any treatment/medicine be given to reduce scarring of liver or to prevent any complications from occurring before having any symptoms, i.e. when the patient feels healthy and has no symptoms (incidental diagnosis)?  Can complications, like esophageal varices, ascites, jaundice, liver cancer or hepatic encephalopathy, be prevented or delayed with meds when not yet happened?

I have GERD from 2 years. PPI did not work. In 24Hr PH monitoring my demester score was 18.8. esophagus manometry was normal. Mt doctor suggested me endoscopic procedure called GERD-X where two sutures were implanted. It's been 1 month but did not see any symptom relief (Heartburn and chest pain). Should I wait more time? Or should I consider other options like fundoplication??

I am 36 yr old female and since the last few days I am having severe pain in my navel moving right moddle stomach it feels like I am hungry but after I eat after few hours I get severe pain and eventually have to pass stool multiple times in a day I have reached out to multiple docs but they have only been prescribing medicines which are not working not nausea and stomach pain has become worse pls help I have done a ultrasound and nothing was found in it

Doctor I am having severe stomach pain and feeling nauseatic. Also right side flank is keep on paining like a flash. Already I am having esophagitis grade B from past one year with no improvement in burning and paining of the esophagus Please suggest the best requesting for that

I had stones in my gallbladder so my gallbladder was removed from the body before 1 year and now i am having a pain It’s like the pain increases time by time.. It occures exactly left side right below the chest and the pain doesn’t spread it happens there only but as time goes the pain becomes more deeper causing a deadly unbearable pain and it spreads little backwards too or sometimes towards chest but the main pain occurs in the pancreas part and as per doctors maybe my pancreas is infected (not examined yet and not confirm). What can be the possible reasons?

Doctor I have too much stomach pain and the pain also in the right flank. Stomach is feeling very heavy. Also lot of burning sensation in the epigastric region and also I have esophagitis grade B and anything I am having getting full acidity and full burning so much that even if I have cold milk I am not getting any relief Request you to interpret the CT report and if you can kindly advise me the best what has to be done

I have sibo and i get gassy when i eat pretty much anything any way homeopathy can help?? Also my calprotectin level is a little more than normal.. i know diets can help but can homeopathy help??
