My daughter report is attached is any complications .kindly tell.today she pass musucus in stool.she has constipation also..

Have some pain in stomach area, burning sensation in Stomach & Chest area some time. Have some gas problem. Test done SGPT, which result comes 98. ECG done, but report was normal. USG done. Fatty liver grade 1 detected. (Report attached) Doctor suggest to take ursokem 150 twice a day for 1 month. After 1 month SGPT result comes 50. But there is problem with stool. Stool is now like loose motion type and feels like fullness of stomach most of the time. Kindly suggest what to do now.

OBSERVATIONS: Liver fat quantification showed the fat fraction of 7.6%, suggesting grade – 1 steatosis. Elastography performed showed widening and slow progression of shear waves. Stiffness maps showed the stiffness to be around 9.7 kPa, suggesting stage – 4 fibrosis. Hepatic iron concentration is 15.5µmols/g suggesting no iron overload. Mild hepatomegaly is noted with diffuse surface nodularity. No focal lesion. Gall bladder is distended. minimal sludge is noted within the lumen. No biliary dilatation. Spleen is enlarged in size and measures 14 cms supero-inferiorly. Pancreas is normal. Impression:  Stage – 4 hepatic fibrosis.  Grade – 1 hepatic steatosis.  No evidence of iron overload. Currently taking medicine -udiliv, omega and uric acid tablets. MRI also was done 1 and half years back where liver stiffness was 5> and fact friction was 9.8% Please suggest next treatment.

Every week when I eat chicken I get hard stool. That's why I wanted to know if it's safe to take duphalac once every week when having chicken?

My mother is about 51 Years age , Present Complications: Hypertension since few years, Difficulty in digestion, acidity, need to take regular antacids ( aciloc 300/pantop etc) During a routine health check reveals SGPT: 160, SGOT: 104 , Bilirubin Total:0.7, How fatal the condition is as per blood reports ? Could you kindly guide if it's a symptoms of any irreversible liver damage or not !  Report screenshot attached . Patient is non diabetic

I am having left lower abdominal pain since 2 months after i took taxim o 5 day course for a unknown bacterial infection. My crp is 0.2 but today my fecal calprotectin test report says positive with a value of 173. Does this positively means IBD. I have been having first normal stool and second stool as mushy or floaty. My lipase is 25 normal. I do not see blood in my stool. No vomiting. No diarrhea. Sometimes i have constipation. Does these results confirm IBD.

Acid comes in mouth during empty stomach especially at 3 am daily while sleeping and feels a load and inflammation in stomach almost all time skin to stomach is also very thick Male Age 31 weight 92 kg height 5 feet 10 inches

I am having sudden sharp pain in right chest and ribs such that I am facing difficulty in breathing as inhaling further elevates the pain and this pain is increasing whenever i am lying down or trying to get up after lying down. I have never had such issue in the past. Although I have diarrhoea from past 2-3 days for which I didn't took any medicine

My husband's triglycerides came high when tested his report in fibroscan  showed fatty liver at high grade, the prescription and reports are attached, doctor suggested medicine and lifestyle changes, just after that now he is facing issue of bloated stomatch and metallic taste of mouth with lot of saliva formation. Is it something really to be worried a lot?
