My LFT report, Total Bilirubin 1.16 mg/dL, Direct Bilirubin is slightly elevated 0.39 mg/dL, indirect is Normal, 336 U/L ALP, rest all normal, what can be the issue, No yellow skin, No dark urine, No pale stools, No pain, Just mild heartburn sometimes, And Tiredness & Anxiety, nerves blinking, Plz help. My husband suddenly developed painful lump in anus, no bleeding just too much pain. We went to a general physician, he prescribed sitz bath, an ointment, and tablet to help with the pain. He also suggested to take duphalac. Today morning the pain was too much so we went in emergency at a hospital, they checked and said the same thing, that it will be the best if it heals by itself in a few days. There's no emergency surgery for it. I don't know what will happen, I can't see my husband suffering like this. How many days does it take to resolve? It has been almost two days.
