Kimdly pls describe about the disease whatbit is and whom to refer for the treatment we are worried is this a serious condition?

Hi doctors I am suffering from severe constipation and I feel Incomplete bowl movement issue kindly help me

I have had non bleeding external hemorrhoids for the last 14 years. It comes every 2-3 years and heals by itself within a week or so. This time, it's been almost 2 months but isn't fully gone. Earlier it was bleeding as well from an ulcer present on the canal (diagnosed in Sigmoidoscopy), finally it has stopped bleeding from 5-6 days as my doctor also said external swelling is improved. I have tried everything including 2 times sitz bath, Dafflon 500 (2 weeks) plus Sitcom LD course recommended by the doctor. Even the constipation is improved as I take peg fiber in night including Papaya and fruits throughout the day and early morning by 7 everything gets cleared. But I have severe swelling and pain starts from 9 am and gets peak at around 12.30-1 in the afternoon which gets relieved by farts by 2.30 pm everyday. I like to understand the reason behind it. I have tried going to the bathroom as well a second time but I don't put any pressure and there's no poop, only farts.

I was having high triglycerides 280, SGPT 126 and SGOT 58 last year, have taken Serogletazir tablet 3 months and did a test this year. Now SGPT drops to 72, SGOT 36 and Tryglyceride is 200. Does that mean my liver is improving? I am eating biryani and cold drink sometimes? Stopped alcohol in 2021, no smoking. Started exercise as well. When the SGPT will come down under 50?

Hi , I am taking isabgol from last 4 months due to problem related to piles and SRUS , i am taking the isabgol dry then drinking the warm water , is this the right way to take it ? please help

I have been treated for IBS and it was under contol with diet. But the symptoms are started again (3 weeks). Suffering from loose stools 4-6 times a day and no food is staying in stomach for more than 6 hours. Please suggest.

I feel very weak.Sometimes I get too weak to walk.I eat nutritious foods,yet I feel very weak.I am not gaining weight.I am also suffering from irregular bowel movement.I go to toilet after every two or three days.Please suggest me what should I do now

Hi dr, I am 35 year 95kg male. I am facing mucus blood in stool. I noticed today. Actually around 2022, i have similar episode of stool blood which shows up after hap of 1 2 week. GENERAL BLOOD QUANTITY IS SO LOW THAT IT IS ONLY VISIBLE WHEN I EXAMINE STOOL IN HAND. ( i know it is filthy think to do) I happened for 6 month in 2022. It increased my health anxities like hell but later... i stopped taking stool in hand and check. But all of sudden.. i checked mine stool today morning and saw blood spot on very first stool comes out of anus. Note: i see blood on very first stool of anus but not on remains stool. Sorry but attaching picture. Please review and let me if such blood strains cause of concern and is it any form of cancer?? I have lost 5kg approx from JAN to today. ( i am avoiding outside food simce 2 month due to mine gas issue) Please review and suggest once.

July 2024 I done colonoscopy report shows chronic non specific colitis and infective ileo collits .is it ibd.motion coming morning only one time but when motion comes sudden stomach pain, gas and then motion after motion no pain.doctor gave rejunex cd3 nf multi vitamin tablet one tablet only doctor gave.how many years often can I do repeat colonoscopy. Plz reply. Is it ibd .
