I have hernia just above umbilical region.i have a invisible small lump while touching.i have stomach pain since 3 days. Do I need surgery.i have uploaded the report.

Hello Doctor Please help me I have stomach issue since my childhood. Last year in September I had blood in my stool and my anus was hurting really badly for 1-2 days. Then after sometime I had blood again from my anus which hurt again in March and also I have a small skin tag like thing around my anus which hurts occasionally. Then in May I had blood again after a tight stool I went to the doctor and he gave me milk of magnesia which helped in making stool soft and I had no problem. He also asked me to get an ultrasound done of the whole abdomen along with LFT and RBS. All the things came normal but on the day of my ultrasound since I had not eaten anything my stool was tight and I had little blood and my anus was again sore. Also a huge white worm came in my stool. Please help me I am miserable and scared to death

Hi Doctor, can anyone advise me if I can take vitamin d3 tablets weekly for few weeks along with my current medication'bylipsa' ? I have liver issues and stomach ulcer as well, have completed 3months course already another 3months to continue??

HI IM 45 YEARS LAST MONTH I HAD ANAL FISSURE BUT DUE TO GOOD MEDICINES N LAXATIVES N GOOD SELF CARE MY ANAL FISSURE IS ALMOST HEALED.BUT SOMETIMES AFTER MOTION I FEEL IRRITATION N PAIN IN MY RECTUM AREA BUT THANKFULLY THERE IS NO BLEEDING. I TOOK DAFFLON 1000 MG N SITECOMCOME FORT TABLET.BUT IT DIDNT HELP ME.PLZ SUGGEST SOME MEDICINE OR SOME GOOD TABLET FOR MY IRRITATION IN MY RECTUM AREA.PLZ HELP ME.

For the last 5 days continuously gas is filling in my heart and discharging through mouth I feel like a heaviness on my heart.i have taken gas injection and other tablets but still it's not stopping.

I am facing severe abdominal pain like stabbing and back pain. Took pan & paracetamol iv yesterday but today again pain started. Took drotin tablet pain somewhat reduced but again it's reappearing. Please help . Not able to walk due to pain
