My initial part of stool is very hard everyday and then soft that's why I'm feeling pain and for that I have piles problem...I'm taking enough fiber and lots of water still same problem everyday..I'm taking cremaffin plus syrup 15 ml twice a day for two months and I was feeling good...but now cremaffin plus is not effective like before..what can I do now...can I increase the dosage of cremaffin plus??is it safe for daily use in high dose?

Recently I was suffering from Jaundice. My SGPT and SGOT levels were 2700 and 1200 currently it has reduced. Here I have shared the screen shot of it. please suggest some medicine to make it normal
