Is pain like crams or very less comes goes in left upper side in IBS is common? When burping feel pain some time . Crams like lightening . Every thing from left side. Feel so depress for the pain taking antacid medicine but pain not cure. Is it common in IBS? When sitting it like left middle pain when I stand it feels upper left abdomen. Very less pain . Geeti g relief when pass gas. But pain dont go totally . I suffer from february last. Or nothing else only pain. I do ultrasound 2 times .is it common symptom of ibs? Ihave attached ultrasound report

I noticed a internal lump next to Anus towards the balls sack can be felt when pressed slightly and it's kind off slightly hurting sometimes, what is it and I had shaved 2 days back then only I noticed it and felt the slight mild pain before that i didn't know about it. Please help

Hello i am a female 27 year old i have had anal fissure almost 7 month ago then i consulted the doctors they said due to hard stool there is a fissure but told me it does not need any kind of surgery as its just a minor fissure then it got healed.But after sometime again due to hard stool the problem re occured then after using ointments and stool softener everythings felt good.But now again i feel pain and burning sensation after bowel movements which continues for hours so i have been on medication by doctor for nearly 2 months still feel burning sensation i am fed of taking medicines as it heals and happens again.My doctor says there is no need of surgery as there is no bleeding and the fissure is minor .But why i am not healing fully and feel tensed as i am not able to get the normal life as before.Please share me your valuable suggestion will it need time to heal as i changed almost 3 doctors .Please help.🙏

I have buzz sensation like vibrate near Anus right rectum on and off in about my history I had blood in stool one year back march 2024 it's was few drop after my bowel moment that I had twice that time with inching after4 days it has stop then again December I had blood on stool edge like red line on edge of stool with rectum pain on right side near Anus pain was very mild blood gone off in two days but pain was there for two or three week and it was on and off pain mostly after my Bowel moment when I strain a lot even blood thing happen after heavy weight training (squat ) and stain on bowel Moment same in December blood in stool also after heavy weight training of squat now no blood but buzz like vibrate on right rectum near Anus
