Gas issue from few days. Also feels some sort of Anxiety. Overthinking regarding office work and other staff.

Hello, iam 29 weeks pregnanat and having elevated liver enzymez sgpt 500 and sgot 500... my doc gives me udiliv 450 bur after taking it my stool color changes to sometimes lightish green and now dark green... is it a cause of concern plss answer iam very worried

I’m experiencing itching around the anus, especially at night, which I suspect could be due to pinworms. Along with that, I’ve had disturbed sleep, occasional nausea, very mild abdominal pain, indigestion, and sometimes constipation. I also feel fatigued and notice a low appetite. I had black-colored stool around two weeks ago, and again day before yesterday. My stool is currently normal in color.

I have diagnosed fatty liver disease of grade 2>3 , with liver enzymes ALT 86 & AST 166, for 2 weeks I am on weight loss exercises , plus I am non alcoholic

I have itchi anus lump it has been three years and still it persist while its size changes over time . Once i visisted a doctor 2 years ago and he said it would be heald automatically within six months . Since my visist it has been 02 years and it still there. Hello, I got my colonoscopy done in 2023 july month and the reason behind getting that done. Is because of calprotectin levels coming to 567 mcg/gm I immediately went to my gastroenterologist and get the colonoscopy done the next day. Colonoscopy report attached along with biopsy report as well. After biopsy report doctor told me it was due to infection in intestine and he prescribed me rifagut for 2 weeks. I followed the prescription and after a month I repeated the calprotectin test and it was normal. This was in August 2023. So from that month to may 2025 I have done 4-5 calprotectin test reports and all were coming normal only and I consulted everytime to a gastroenterologist for those reports and everyone told me my issue is IBS only. Symptoms are of abdomen discomfort, stool type changes sometimes. No blood in stool as I have done occult blood test as well everytime I do calprotectin test. I have anxiety and overthinking issues which is very much from past 1.5 years.

I have done LFT tests yesterday which shows below : SGPT - 61 MG/dl SGOT- 107 U/L I am taking ursodeoxycholic tabs 300 mg and liver52 from last one month , SGPT before a month tested 72 MG/dl and SGOT was 102 U/L . Other details Age - 42 Gender - Male Alkaline phosphatase serum is normal . Bilirubin- .95 Direct- .27 Indirect - .68 Stopped alcohol consumption completely and taking liver friendly diet . Please suggest how to control SGPT and SGOT levels .

Doctor, I have started the H. pylori treatment as per my recent report. Today I also got my endoscopy done and I have attached the report. I wanted to ask what kind of diet should I follow during this medication? Report outcome:-Endoscopy revealed erosive antral gastritis, likely associated with H. pylori infection. No signs of ulcer or malignancy were noted. Which fruits are safe to eat during this period? Can I take milk, curd, or buttermilk during the treatment? Also, please suggest what I should include in my breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Thank you.

I was diagnosed with h pylori through endoscopy 3 weeks back. Biopsy says reflux esophagitis. I took 10 days antibiotics course and also completed antacid course yesterday. I follow proper restricted home diet. Sometimes, I still get some symptoms of acid reflux. How long does it take for gastritis symptoms to go completely and get to normal diet? Do I need to take any more medicines or any tests to be done?

My pelvis MRI says "small vowel loops seen in pelvis with possibility of mild adhesions". Is this normal? I've not had any surgeries.
