I tested Typhoid 1:80 and 1:40 Range, My Right Side of body head to tail fell heaviness, When I do kapalbharti My right side stomach pain starts, right side shoulder also pain starts and Excessive Sweating from right side of head. Also I Feel Fever, Mouth Infection and Cold. What medicine should I use or Which Specialist Doctor I have to See?

3 months before I had an external hemorrhoids which was very painful and slowly the conditions improved. It is still there but not causing any discomfort. Recently I found one more hemorrhoid seems to be coming from inside and it is not going away since 5 days. I am worried if it is grade 4 hemorrhoid. I am at a place where I cant get medical attention until 2 3 months. I am worried if it gets worse and afraid if i had to go for surgery. Please suggest me what I shohld I do? If I had to get it treated immediately? Will there be any medication or just surgery? Can medicines be given online without visiting hospital?

I got CT abdomen and pelvis with oral and iv contrast done and it shows 8 x 4 mm hypodense lesion on acute venous phase imaging is seen in segment VII of liver. The lesion appears isodense to the liver on delayed phase imaging. - likely benign lesion ? atypical haemangioma. Suggested short interval follow up. Is this serious? Should anything be done rn. From past one year sometimes I feel pressure in my neck, upper body then after yawning I feel better, that pressure gets reduced. But after yawning my nose get irritated and block. I feel uneasy nose and feel like I'm not able to breath properly. Also in throat I feel something is stuck. Even if I drink water these symptoms start. Getting middle of front pain and upper back pain motion 1 time only but loose soft pieces stool for 2 months .using ultracet tablet for 6 days 2times morning and night for upper back pain and doctor also gave alginate raft forming oral suspension bp. Iam taking ultracet tablet after food morning and night.iam taking alginate suspension 2 hours after taking ultracet because in label mentioned it.now constipation occurs.can I take alginate raft forming oral suspension bp .when can I take alginate suspension before or after food.
