Hello doctor, I got both an ultrasound and a CT scan done. Ultrasound says: - Appendix is 5 mm - Appendicolith (stone) of 11 mm seen in the lumen CT scan says: - Appendix measures 5.6 mm - No appendicolith seen - No fat stranding or inflammation Currently, I have no fever or vomiting. But I sometimes feel mild pain in the lower right side of my abdomen.  It is not constant, comes and goes occasionally, and is not very severe — but I feel it a few times in a week. I'm confused: 1. Do I really have an appendicolith or was the ultrasound wrong? 2. Is any treatment or surgery required now? 3. Can this condition stay stable without surgery if I have no major symptoms?

I am 32 female and delivered baby 1 year back. Facing gastric issue since delivery and had to take pan 40 frequently. 5 days ago had pain under ribs and back at midnight . Took pan40 and reduced by morning. Yesterday midnight had extreme holding pain under ribs and back. Went to hospital they have antacid injection, pain reduced and did test. Ecg normal. Test report is attached. Please suggest.

Vanoprazan for Breathing Problem Due to GERD – Need Clarification Hello Doctor, My gastroenterologist recently prescribed Vanoprazan 20mg, once daily on an empty stomach in the morning, for my breathing problem. I came to know that the cause of my breathing issue is GERD (silent reflux). I told the doctor about my breathing difficulty, but I forgot to mention that I feel a burning sensation in my lungs every morning. Now I have some concerns: Is it better to take Vanoprazan in the morning or at night? If I take it in the morning, will it still work at night also? Should I go back and inform the doctor about the daily burning lung sensation? My recent CT scan shows early lung damage — could it be due to silent reflux happening at night? I’m worried that morning dosing might wear off by night, which could allow silent reflux to slowly damage the lungs during sleep. I met my doctor just yesterday, but I’m unsure if I should follow up now or wait. Please guide.

I use to have diarrhea frequently so I consult a doctor he gave me test but found nothing then he told me i have ibs . For that he gave me pan d in the morning, librax twice before food and biffilac once daily. But now I am scared of eating for that I am losing weight almost 8kgs in 1 year and I still have diarrhea or constipation frequently. Also I am having too much anxiety issues. I am scared of going out. The thing is whenever I think of diarrhea I am having diarrhea after going 3 -4 times it's stop without any medication. Is it normal. I consulted 3 doctors everyone is saying it's not curable and I have to live like this.

Sir this is my ultrasound abdomen report and in that report grade1 fatty liver and in my lft test all parameters are normal except sgot is 50 and sgpt is 56 and my kft is normal and cue,lipid and cpb are normal andI don't have any abdomen pain but only thing is itchy skin..please clarify my doubt sir...

I am 35 year old female. I am having pelvic discomfort (or maybe slight pain, unable to describe what it is) and feel like pooping. I can't put too much pressure while pooping. What is the problem??

I wanted to ask for your suggestion regarding my mother’s health. She has been experiencing loose motion for the past 3 months. Whenever she takes medicine, it gets better for a couple of days, but if she eats something that takes time to digest, it starts again. She is also diabetic and has thyroid issues. If you could please advise what might help in this situation or what kind of treatment we should explore, I would be really grateful. Thank you in advance.

Every week my husband has diarrhoea and pain in his stomach. It is almost every Monday or the following day. He refuses to see a doctor.
