I feel like there is something stuck in my throat,sometimes in left side,sometimes right side,sometimes in middle of the throat ,mostly time I feel constipated.I took pantosec DSR but not effective..

Epigastric pain burn , smelly stool feel incomplete evacuation and I have tiredness body ache and low mood is there a connection between these , consulted almost 5 gastroenterologist but no one could find the root cause. If I have clean diet there won't be bodyache tiredness or mood upset but it starts if start to consume outside food junk and all.os it SIBO,SIFO,leaky gut?? Or any other thing how to find out Almost consulted 5 gastroenterologist but no one helped me

I have no pain during bowel movements. The pain starts after 5 mins and lasts for several hours. I feel a sharp pricking pain inside my anus almost like a needle stuck inside. Is it a fissure or spasm or internal muscle injury? I had a vaginal delivery few months ago. The baby weighed 3.3 kg and I had an episiotomy. Could this be the cause? It's making my PPD worse. Please help.
