For 2 years, i have been suffering from undiagnosed illness thats making me to give up everyday. It all started when i get gas stuck in throat, puts pressure on my upper abdomen , struggling to burp it out. This triggers fast heart rate , anxiety, panic attacks and tremors. I did an endoscopy and they found mild gastritis and mild gerd with no ulcer or anything. Tested positive for h pylori. Took a round of antibiotics with low fodmap diet. Still the problem persists and im still taking ppi, gaviscon, probiotics (Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745), kefir, bone broth, poached chicken, banana, apples. My heart rate goes high whenever i walk or exercise with continuous burping, gas pressure in throat. Its really uncomfortable. Checked heart doctor, no issues were found. I am not even eating properly and even water makes the same symptoms. I followed and still following everything but no cure. Im in US. No ones listening.Is it POTS or MCAS , idk. I took barium swallow, it's normal.

There is any cure of STC . Any chances of cure will appear in next 2-4 years (any researches) . This problem is very tuff to manage. Pls provide an answer

My amylase and lipase level was elevated approx 2.7 times to normal value now in normal range, but still having occasional pain on the left back to the abdomen, gas is not passing properly and burping is incomplete some times. Still taking prescribed medicine like pancreatin and active charcoal simithicone (Nuzyme Forte tab) , plus SYP sucralfate and oxetacaine. Still on a light diet. It's almost 20 days completed. Should I continue

Which is best medicine/ natural food which improves for gut motility wihout  impacting the brain and heart rate while improving muscle contraction of stomach.

I am a 25-year-old male. My main issue is that I get a strong urge to pass stool whenever I travel. This makes it very difficult for me to leave home, and I get anxious about losing control during travel. I do not have this issue as much when I stay at home. At home, my bowel movements are mostly normal — I usually go once or twice, either in the morning or later in the day. However, I do get a bit of stomach pain and gas early in the morning, which usually improves after I pass the stool. Please suggest what might be causing this problem and what treatment, tests, or dietary changes I should consider. It is affecting my routine and quality of life.

I have diaganosed with severe erosive pangastritis and duedinities and pin point ulcers. I have severe stress in early times and now it get normal. I have take hp kit for 14 days and after iam continueing with gas tablet for 1/2 month now i stopp it. Is it ok to stop the medicine and adjust with the food. Is this ulcers get into cancer?

I had LFT yesterday..all parameters are normal but my sgot-42 and sgpt-47 ...I have no abdomen pain at all..I was just recovered from fever and cold

I am overweight BMI 33 , actually iam 5'6" male 36 years old weight 92kg, taking BP medicine also pre diabetic.. recently done fibroscan where value come 8.7 and 305.. and in sonography grade 2 fatty liver .. doctor prescribed me Bilyspa 4 mg once daily before food and Evitas max twice daily after food ..  is it ok and sufficient?? What to do kindly suggest

I am using famocid 20 mg once a day for duodenal uclers .After having it the first I got pain in lower stoamch areas ,so I was worried if it is causing any issue to kidney or not ? If nor how long is it safe to take it ?Also after using it does does the acid level rebound and the uclers come back to square one or become worse  ?

My sgot-42 and sgpt-47..need to see doctor..i just recovered from fever and cold and cough ...all other parameters of lft are in normal range
