From past 3 months I am having difficulties while passing stool. I have used sufrate ointment and I have taken sitz bath also . It heals then after 2 3 days again pain starts and I have to take stool softners. Other then this there is no other symptoms. Can I have piles or is this just fissures. Since it's been 3 months I am getting tensed . What should I do.

My bilirubin values are high and all other values are normal Total bilirubin -1.25 Direct bilirubin -0.4 Indirect bilirubin-0.85 I have an habit of drinking alcohol..i have an symptom of yellow colour pee not reguraly rarely yellow and mild ankel swelling...is it related alcohol or viral hepatitis(when I search i google it was showing as viral hepatitis)please clarify..Thanks in advance

I had diarrhea the previous day and took imodium 4 g at night and rifaximin 550 and cizaspa x Today I am having stuffiness in my stomach and mushy stools i took cizaspa x and rifaximin 550 in the morning after break fast and venoprazam before breakfast The stuffiness is extreme and uncomfortable I would be very grateful
