I have ibs. I think my food absorption capacity reduced. Can I take probiotics. How many days can I take. Plz suggest some good company probiotics

I am a 40 year old female suffering from fissure+ sentinal tags since 2008. Treated it by anobliss ointment+antibiotics + painkillers prescribed by the surgeon.It repeats every 6 years since then. currently I'm suffering from constipation and fissure reoccurrence for the last 3 days. I'm taking fiber rich food like bhindi, beans, cucumber,no spices, drinking  water. Sharp pain while bowels. Now I feel like dying. please suggest cure for the time being.

I used to take alcohol regularly (180 ml) since the last 10 years. Have stopped completely since the last 1 month. Attached reports. My Vitamin D and D3 was significantly low one month back. HBA2 was high in my last report 6 months back. Heamoglobin on the lower sides. Platelets - 130000, MPV- 14. Tryglecerides - 280, HDL cholesterol - 34,  VLDL cholesterol -56, HBA1C- 5.9 (However, Fasting and PP normal) Current medications -  Autrin 1 tab daily Tab methyl cobalamine 1500 MCG , one tab daily Tab UDCA 300 Mg twice a day Tab Atorvastatin 20 mg at bedtime daily Please suggest what should I do to improve more.

SIR IM SUFFERING FROM ANAL FISSURE FROM LAST 15 DAYS.MY STOOLS R NORMAL,THERE IS NO BLEEDING BUT MY MAIN PROBLEM IS WHEN I PASS THE STOOLS THE STOOLS IRRITATE THE ANAL AREA WHICH CAUSES BURNING SENSATION IN MY RECTUM AREA.RIGHT NOW IM LOOSE SYRUP,SMUTH SYRUP, DAFFLON 1000 MG N SITECOMCOME FORTE N ALSO I TAKE SITZ BATH 3 TIMES A BATH BUT THE IRRITATION N BURNING SENSATION IN MY ANAL AREA IS STILL THERE.I DONT WANNA GO FOR SURGERY.PLZ SUGGEST SOME MEDICINE OR TABLET FOR MY IRRITATION N BURNING SENSATION. PLZ HELP ME.

I am diagnosed with fatty liver along with PCOS. I also have and increased cholesterol ,hypertension and weigh 93 kgs. Can anyone have a look at this report and advise the needed. Is is something very serious or diet can fix it? Thank you!

I have stomach pain for the past 1 week and been vomiting last 3 days night and yesterday I have taken the medicine which an doctor prescribed 2 years ago and I still buying and using it. But suddenly for the last week the medicine doesn't work. The medicine is Fabolite husk. And the medicine does not work. And another doctor yesterday prescribed an medicine last 2 days ago for constipation and It also does not work. And the my stomach pain and vomiting does not end as it is.

I am a 29-year-old male, 5'10", and my weight has dropped from 57 kg to 53.75 kg over the last 4 weeks. I have blood and black stool only 1 time 2 weeks ago.I have no blood or black stools now, but earlier I had some gastric issues like burping, and mild nausea. Stool frequency is usually 1–2 times a day, sometimes yellow or dark brown. Appetite has been low but is slowly improving. I recently had a CECT scan and basic blood tests which seemed okay. My questions: 1. Could this weight loss be due to gastritis or malabsorption? 2. Can stress and anxiety also lead to such weight fluctuations?

I often feel bloated and stomach filled with gas and frequent gas blowing out too.. what could be the reason and how to reduce the same ..

Cramps in stomach. Urgent to stool. Mucus in stool . Sometimes white sometimes red. Heaviness in right lower abdomen.

Sir, I am experiencing fullness ONLY in right side of stomach as if if is stretched or pressure,  since last few months. It is not persistent, it comes and go...whenever it happens, it last for around 4-5 days and it goes...and again it happens... Consulted Gastroenterology, on first instance he gave me Nexpro 40, and told me to do 3 tests- 1) XRay Abdomen 2) USG Abdomen 3) Endoscopy with Biopsy I have done above 2 test Xray and USG Abdomen which came  Normal. Doctor is firm to go for endoscopy as well to rule out. Please let me know if it is necessary for endoscopy even if reports are normal If yes then endoscopy or endoscopy with biopsy. Pls let me know.. Also possible reasons for such fullness and strech in stomach right side.pls
