I have taking medicine ssri and benzodizepine since long time and I am facing problem bloating and ibs .pls suggest me and advise medicine

Felt stomach cramp and nausea feeling and from day before yeaterday had cramp and upset stomach so doctor gave me pantocid 40 once daily vizylac 3 times and ciplox TZ 2 times for 3 days after checking my stomach and all. Is it okay to take, cause like yesterday night took first dose today morning second dose, feeling a little drowsy and easy tired and disbalanced.

I have piles issues for more than 2-3 years now. It comes and goes generally happening every month. Last time it was okay for 6 months . But in july 2025 it comes again. It swells and drains with 1-2 drop of blood. This is external piles. I have been taking ayurvedic and homeopethic medicins. I have taken allopathic but they were only for antibiotics and other general medicins. Is there any solution for this?

I went to a pulmonary doctor for breathing problems. He gave me a corticosteroid-based inhaler. After using it, I started feeling lung pain in different areas. I used the inhaler for 3 months. When I went back, the HOD said I don’t have a breathing problem and I don’t need the inhaler anymore. But since I started using the steroid inhaler, my lung pain began and is still there in different areas. Then I was referred to a gastroenterologist. He gave me Vasoprazan 20mg once in the morning for 10 days. I also ate very simple food (only dal and rice, no mirch powder). I started feeling better. After 10 days, the doctor reduced the dose to 10mg, and I also started eating food with mirch powder again. Now, my lung pain has returned. I have an appointment with the gastroenterologist on Monday. My question: Can I take 20mg Vasoprazan again for 3 days until I meet the doctor? If yes, should I take 20mg in the morning or 10mg in the morning and 10mg at night?

Hello From dec 2024 I am having acid reflux issue where it started with throat issues, I was feeling like a lump in the throat, it stayed for 3-4 months, j was taking PPI and antacid, it got treated, but again after 1 month that is in may 2025 I started having dry cough again it was due to acid reflux and still I am having this. I am taking PPI and antacid again and I have done alteration to my diet and some lifestyle changes, Still I need help to cure this permanently. Please suggest.
